The year 2017 concluded with a few PhD graduations in the ALICE Collaboration.

Last October, Benjamin Audurier received his PhD in Physics from the University of Nantes, France, presenting a thesis on J/psi inclusive production in pp and Pb-Pb collisions at 5.02TeV. In addition to working for his thesis under the supervision of Ginés Martínez, he contributed to the optimisation and evaluation of the muon spectrometer tracking systematics for the 2015 Pb-Pb run.
