The 2010 'Elliptic flow of charged particles in Pb-Pb collisions at 2.76 TeV' paper by the ALICE Collaboration currently has the highest number of citations of any paper written by an LHC experiment. It has been cited 152 times, according to inspirehep.net, while the largest number of citations for papers by ATLAS, CMS and LHCb are 127, 147, and 46 respectively, at the time of writing.
